Yes, your personal information is secure. The tool is designed to synchronise only your class timetable and assessment dates. It does not grant access to your regular email calendar or mailbox, ensuring the privacy of your personal information.

Disabling the functionality via the Settings page will prevent your unique calendar link(s) from working. This can be useful if you want to temporarily stop synchronisation. If you wish to resume syncing in the future, you can re-enable the functionality through the Settings page.
