Repatriation Hospital
DescriptionThis hospital was built to accommodate soldiers returning from WWII. Later it was used for looking after all service personnel and their wives, as they grew older. It has been called Daw Park Hospital, The Repatriation Hospital, and Returned Forces Hospital. Funding is from the government and all repatriation services are run by a Commission which has had various name changes over time. Contains calculations and estimates for new premises in Pulteney Street.
