DescriptionTwo factory buildings 220 feet in length by 140 feet in breadth. Built in steel frame with galvanised sheathing to walls except where brick is shown on southern and northern boundaries. Fibrolite roofing except over bicycle racks and loading docks where it will be galvanised iron. Floor reinforced concrete with an ironite surface. The architects were A.B Keith Gliddon ARAIA and F W Hogart FRAIA at 403 CML Building, King William St, Adelaide
